Cat will have three 8”x10” handsigned & glass/wood framed bird photographs & one mini 3”x3” box canvas acrylic painting of a kitten with a halo in their raffle. Waterloo Alley Cat Project’s mission includes rescuing cats in neighborhoods throughout Cleveland, trap-neuter/spay-return programs (TNR) have proven to be effective in humanely managing feral and stray cats while at the same time reducing their numbers.
