Cat and her assistant can come by personal hire with her extensive experience directly to you to do a private photoshoot of you, your family, your pets, your vehicles, your house, your business, your artwork, your garden, your food (bakeries, chefs, blogs, cookbooks), antiques, your creative projects, your promotional materials for your business, etc.

Includes one (indoor or outdoor) photoshoot by appointment only by Cat Swartz.

Sometimes shoot appointments may need moved because weather permitting for outdoor shoots or winter travel.

Depending on location(s), we may need an additional small fee if your shoot will be outside of our radius of Lake County, Geauga County, or part of Ashtabula County Ohio (this can quoted and invoiced before appointment is fulfilled, we do travel to Cuyahoga with a small additional fee) and each digital photo you choose among your proofs is additional 25 ea. If there is a desire for physical prints directly from Cat, additional charge per printed image and there are options for mat/framing. No additional charges for the following:

• An animal friend or significant other during your photoshoot.

• One additional vehicle or other item in background of chosen inanimate subject. Please understand that some items, like vehicles are best shot outdoors in natural lighting for the best results and prints.

• Black & White processing. Retaining photograph your files for future prints.

• Digital blemish removal, skin smoothing, or other reasonable alterations

Bonuses:

• You may receive your choice of one additional digital image for free by crediting The Art of Cat Swartz (Cat Swartz) on your website for images.

• You may receive your choice of one additional digital image free by crediting Cat Swartz (or her website) by giving a shout out via social media post.

How it works:

• We will typically travel to preferred location within reasonable distance (parks, public squares, homes/yards, etc) upon appointed date/time/place. Indoor/outdoor.

• We have some portable lamps for indoor photoshoots, higher preferrences for natural lighting & lamps as opposed to flash photography. Please let us know ahead of time if photos will be indoor/outdoors.

• If other animals are in photos, Cat AVOIDS using flash photography so not to harm or frighten anyone.

Proofs & Beyond:

• Receive proofs within 1 business week of photoshoot.

• Client will choose their select images that they want, these will be post processed to their specifications & reasonable requests.

• All must be paid in full before post processed images are released (if additional images or services must be charged, client will receive additional invoice).

• We currently use private locked page and pass to our website via a portal for your images for your proofs to reviewed.

• Although, we do offer payment plans upon request for most services, art, etc, but please understand that all billing must be paid/cleared in full before client receives services or items.

If any of this works for you, we can set a future appointment for most Fridays-Sundays, mornings through late afternoon daylight (depending on season for natural light, weather, and location). Some weekdays are available. Please be sure to make note of your current available times to make an appointment with Cat after purchase. Note indoor/outdoor.

Please keep in mind that physical prints and additional digital photos are at separate additional fee. If client orders additional fees or services after the photoshoot, additional fees will apply in a separate invoice before remaining services will be surrendered.
