HOW ARTWORK IS SHIPPED

• Inventory & Original Artwork: Artwork, print, and cast molds in inventory will ship within 5 working business days after purchase and full payment..

• Prints & Cast Molds: Prints or cast molds not in our inventory and need to be made, may take 1-6 weeks to prepare for shipment to customer. Please contact us if you need a rush order & pricing for rush shipments.

• Worldwide: Artwork may be shipped worldwide.

• US Domestic: Shipping is included in the checkout.

• International: Please email us your location for a shipping quote.
  Please be aware that shipping times for some areas may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
  VAT/customs fees are not included in the sale price or shipping fee.

 
RETURNS

• Returns: We do not accept returns on original artwork or items from our shop.

  We not accept returns for items not picked up from customs in time, or for failure to pay VAT.

• Damage: If you have an issue with a package being damaged, please reach out so we can rectify the situation.
  We require contact within 2 days of delivery if there is damage that has resulted during shipping.

PAYMENTS

We offer a variety of convenient payment options to accommodate our clients.

• Credit Cards: Accepted methods include major credit cards such as Visa & MasterCard.

• Alternative: We accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, and secure transactions.

• Traditional: For those who prefer traditional methods, we also accept bank transfers and personal checks. For larger transactions or specific client needs, arrangements for wire transfers can be made upon request.

• Payment Plans: Yes, we provide payment plan options on artwork and prints in our shop. If you would like a more customized direct payment plan, please reach out so we can work out an arrangement.

Additional Notes BEFORE PURCHASE

• Available art dolls and sculptures are not intended as a child’s toys. Intended only as decoration and for collection.

• Limited commissions available, please fill out contact form to apply for your commissions.

Gift Cards

• Digital gift cards may be used for or toward the purchase of of available originals and prints by Cat Swartz: sculptures, dolls, photography, & illustrations.

• Approved commissions may sometimes apply, must provide clear and in focus reference images prior to written digital contract for approval by Cat Swartz.

• May be available to use for some Herbivorest Tales Farm goods, please contact for availability.
